Kevin Locke (Lakota name: Tokeya Inajin, meaning "The First to Arise") is Lakota (Hunkpapa band) and Anishinaabe. He is a preeminent player of the Native American flute, a traditional storyteller, cultural ambassador, recording artist and educator.
